How to Order Art Prints
Unlike Digital Downloads, these prints ARE physical products and will be shipped to you directly from us. Just the print(s) will be included within protective packaging. Gift envelopes, frames and props are not included.
What’s Included: The print you selected—trimmed to the size you've chosen (8"x10", 16"x20",etc.) and our sincerest gratitude for ordering from us!
Buying Art Prints:
1. Find the Image of the piece that you're interested in (Price will be indicated near the image).
2. Click on the image—an Email should pop up from you to me
Type, "I'd like to buy this piece" in the subject.
Type the name of the piece in the body of the email and ask any questions you may have.
3. I'll respond with the item's availability and we can determine the method of payment and shipping.
4. I'll ship it out ASAP!
5. YEP, It’s that simple!

Printing Process
The quality of the final project made with the artwork will be determined by the quality of the printer and either the paper or card stock that you choose. Do not enlarge files more than 20% larger – printing to exact size of the download is recommended. Colors may vary slightly from how they appear or how they display due to the color calibration of your device or monitor. Crisp, clear, saturated color is a result of using good quality coated stock.
Note: for instant downloads no print will be mailed. Print at home, print shop (check Staples, Office Depot, FedEx Office or most UPS stores, or online service such as the following: Shutterfly, Snapfish, COSTCO or even Walmart Photo Centers. (you may Copy to a portable drive for these services).
Refunds and Exchanges
Every digital and instant download purchase is non-refundable, as there is no way for me to tell whether you have printed the design. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to reach out to us anytime.
