How to Order a Digital Art Download
Important Note about Digital Downloads: No physical product will be shipped. Envelopes, frame and props are not included.
What’s Included: You’ll receive ONE large size digital file of the print: Each JPG file is high-resolution (200-300 DPI), to size specified on each product listing which will get you clean and clear beautiful prints if printed same size or close. Enlarging is NOT recommended and will return poor results.
Buying Digital Downloads:
1. Email us and tell us: A) which image you would like (describe it if it isn't titled)
B) to what approximate size you want your canvas or paper print printed.
C) when you want it
2. We will respond to clarify your request. Once everybody knows what's what, we'll send you an invoice thru PayPal
3. After your payment has been cleared, we will email you the file(s)
4. Send that file to your canvas printing service (recommendations below) and arrange shipment (out of our hands at this point)
5. YEP, It’s that simple!

Printing Process
The quality of the final project made with the artwork will be determined by the quality of the printer and either the paper or card stock that you choose. Do not enlarge files more than 20% larger – printing to exact size of the download is recommended. Colors may vary slightly from how they appear or how they display due to the color calibration of your device or monitor. Crisp, clear, saturated color is a result of using good quality coated stock (look for “Presentation Paper”).
Note: for instant downloads no print will be mailed.
Recommendations for Printing: Print at home, print shop (check Staples, Office Depot, FedEx Office or most UPS stores, or online service such as the following: Shutterfly, Snapfish, Artifiact Uprising or even COSTCO or Walmart Photo Centres. (you may need to copy to a flashdrive for these services if visiting in person).
Refunds and Exchanges
Every digital and instant download purchase is non-refundable, as there is no way for me to tell whether you have printed the design. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to reach out to us anytime.
